About The Event
Meet Moshe Basson, an internationally renowned Master Chef specializing in Modern Israeli-Biblical cuisine. As the founder of The Eucalyptus in Jerusalem, Basson has infused his restaurant's menu with dishes inspired by foods that have been enjoyed in the region for centuries.
